Refunds for orders placed during the sale period will only be given as store credit.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Any items for which returns are requested within 15 days of receiving the order or product will be eligible for refunds and exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for any returns that are made after the 15-day window has passed.

Items purchased with an offer applied will be refunded after the offer discount has been applied.
Orders are processed shortly after they are received. If you need to cancel or modify an order, you must do so no later than two hours after placing the order; otherwise, your order might already be prepared for shipping.
If your return is accepted and it complies with our return policy, we will process your refund in the manner described below.
Only items that were purchased directly from our website are eligible for returns.
Items purchased from any other online store, for any reason, are not eligible for returns or exchanges from us.
For hygienic reasons, please make sure that the outfits are tried on and returned clean.
Refunds are only possible through store credit (items purchased during these sale periods cannot be returned via bank transfer or payment gateway).

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
The following methods may be used to return COD orders:
1. Store Credit: Store Credit is valid for life and can be used to purchase any item.
2. Refund through a Bank Account
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Within fifteen (15) days of your purchase, we accept regular-priced items for returns or exchanges.
The merchandise MUST have the original hang tag still attached and MUST NOT have been worn, washed, or altered.
No refunds will be given for goods that are returned without hang tags, are dirty, worn-out, or in bad condition, or without a Return Authorization. The customer is then responsible for making shipping arrangements if they want the item sent back to them.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please request a return on the following page if you want to send something back. _ or email us before 15 days have passed since the day we received your order, and we'll arrange a pick-up if your pin code qualifies.
Within 3 days of receiving the Return Request, the reverse pickup takes place.
2 to 4 days after the pick-up, the exchange is processed.
Refunds are handled after the item arrives at our fulfillment center.
Refund processing takes seven to ten business days.
