How Do I View My Active Orders?

Please click on the Login icon and select My Orders at the top of the page to view your active orders.

How many days does it take to ship the products?

Lets break it down to make it easy for you. It takes 1 day to ship in Bangalore, 2 days in South India, 3 days in Metropolitan Cities and 4 days anywhere in India. 

How Can I Return or Exchange Part or All of My Order?

Please visit the Help section and select Return & Exchange. Submit your request by entering your Order ID along with your registered email address or phone number.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Placed Successfully?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the estimated delivery timeline. You can also track your order under the My Orders section.

My Order Hasn’t Yet Arrived. What Should I Do?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a tentative shipping and delivery date. You can also check the latest status anytime under the My Orders tab.

How Can I Modify My Order?

At the moment, we do not support order modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you wish to change your selection, you may return the product after delivery, and we’ll initiate a refund.
