Refund policy

Depending on your region it will take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Exchanges/returns are eligible within 7 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 7 days to file an exchange/return).

Refunds are done via the same issuing bank through which the product was purchased. The estimated amount of time frame in which a customer will be credited the refund is a maximum of 10 days depending on the bank or service provider.
